All payments made to Blue Ridge Roleplay are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms apply to all donations, in-game purchases, and digital goods or services provided by Blue Ridge Roleplay.

2. Donations & In-Game Purchases

All donations and in-game purchases are voluntary contributions made to support the operation and development of the Blue Ridge Roleplay community.
Once a donation or payment is processed:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

• Perks, items, or roles associated with a donation are considered digital rewards, not products or services sold for profit.

• Access to these perks may be modified, revoked, or removed if a player violates server rules or community guidelines — without eligibility for a refund.

3. Lost Access or Bans

If you are banned, blacklisted, or otherwise lose access to Blue Ridge Roleplay for breaking server rules, you will not receive a refund for any prior purchases or donations.
All players are expected to follow the community rules at all times.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Immediate and permanent ban from all Blue Ridge Roleplay services and servers.

• Revocation of any associated roles, perks, or items.
  We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery (such as transaction records and digital access logs) to contest any chargeback claim.

5. Technical Issues

While we strive to maintain uptime and stable gameplay, temporary outages, restarts, or bugs do not qualify for a refund.
Our staff will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues quickly.
